2. The short version
- We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:

We do not use client data to train public or shared AI models, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
5. Cookies and tracking
We may use cookies and similar technologies on our websites and tools to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure product usage so we can improve our services. Where consent is required by law, we will inform you and request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your data. We may share information only in limited cases:
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, or scheduling) under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only as needed to provide our services.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Data ownership and retention
Business data you provide or process through our tools remains your property. We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. On request or at the end of an engagement, we will return or delete your data, except for archival copies kept for legal or compliance purposes.
8. Security
We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including access controls and cybersecurity measures — designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
