StrideScale AI Inc. (“StrideScale AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) builds AI automation for operations teams, including inbound lead processing, CRM automation, email and inbox workflows, and related consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the tools and services we provide to clients.

• We do not train publicly shared or third-party AI models on your data.
• We may use cookies on our websites and tools to understand product usage and improve our services — and where consent is required, we will inform you and ask for it beforehand.
• Data you provide or upload to our tools remains yours. We use it only to deliver the services you engaged us for.

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or work with us, you may provide your name, email, company, and the contents of your messages.
• Client data you process through our tools. To deliver our services, you may connect or upload business data such as email communications, contacts, CRM records, leads, and related operational information.
